Supervisors, View Schedules, Assign Courses, Print Your Staff's Transcripts with “My Team”
Start Early: Professional Learning Network learning portal offers a feature allowing supervisors to access all information, development activities, and action items for their staff called My Team. My Team is designed to give supervisors greater visibility into all their staffs' learning and performance activities, all from a single easy-to-use tab.
Supervisors can view and do the following:
• Vies Tasks - Assigned Training
• View Profile - User Profile, Transcript, Certificates
• View Registration Status for a Session
• Assign or Register Staff into Training
• Add External Training to Staff Transcripts
• Print Transcript/Certificates
• Print My Team content.
If you would like to utilize this option, all you need to do is email the name(s) of your staff to PLNSupport.
Accessing My Team
To access the My Team page:
1. Log into your PLN Account.
2. Locate My Team in the purple bar and click.
3. Locate the staff member you wish to review on the left-hand side of the screen and click.
Accessing Transcripts
To access your staff member's transcripts, follow these steps:
Log into your PLN Account.
Click the My Team tab.
On the left, you will see your ID card as well as the ID cards of your direct reports. Click the ID card of the appropriate direct report.
In the module to the right, select the Profile tab and then click the Transcript sub-link. The active transcript displays by default.
To change the view, select the Active, Completed, Archived, or Removed radio buttons. These views mirror the available tabs of the user's transcript.
To see more details, click the title of the learning object. The transcript details page displays.
Register Staff
To register your staff under your account, follow these steps.
Log into your PLN Account.
Go to the Professional Development tab, scroll down to View Events Calendar, and click.
Scroll to the month you wish to view and date.
Click on the date of the session.
If there are multiple sessions occurring on that date, click on the session you wish to register for.
Click the Assign button.
Check the "Automatically register users" located above the list of staff names on your team.
Check the box next to your staff member's name of whom you want to register.
Click the Submit button.
